HOTEL BOOKING POLICY:
- Hotels are booked once we have received the booking amount
- Base category room is booked at all places
- The room category may be higher if there is an extra adult
- Above mentioned hotels can be changed if there is no availability
- In case of unavailability or room bounce or excess booking, a similar category hotel will be provided

- ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking

PAYMENT POLICY
- The Balance amount needs to be cleared on or before 14th November
- If the client fails to pay the balance amount then the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled and the passenger shall not be entitled to a refund of the same
- 5% GST is omitted
- Payment is accepted in the forms of Cash, UPI, Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- In case of any Cancellation, the Booking amount shall not be refunded
- This is a group tour so no refund of the Booking amount once paid
- If cancelled on or after 15 November 2023, Zero Refund
