BOOKING POLICY
- The booking period is open till May 2024
- The travel period is from 1st September 2023 till 31st July 2024
- Any kind of peak season hotel surcharges are not included
- ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking
- A PAN card is not acceptable as an ID proof
- The booking amount is mandatory at the time of booking
BOOKING AMOUNT
Booking Amount is 35% of the total package cost
PAYMENT POLICY
The Balance amount needs to be cleared on or before 45 days of departure
If the client fails to pay the balance amount then the booking shall be deemed to be the cancelled and the
passenger shall not be entitled to the refund of the same
If you are booking the package less than 45 days before departure then you have to pay the total package cost
5% GST is not included
Payment is accepted in the forms of Cash, Bank Transfer, Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Booking amount is non refundable if the booking is cancelled on or before 45 days to departure
If cancelled between 45 – 30 days to departure: Only 50% is refunded of total tour cost
If cancelled between 29-11 days to departure: Only 25% is refunded of total tour cost
If cancelled between 0 – 10 days to departure: Zero refund of total tour cost
